Reactions to the anti employee attitude of PGB management!



அகில இந்திய அளவில்  பல்வேறு கிராம வங்கிகளில் பணிபுரியும் ஊழியர்களும், அலுவலர்களும் சேர்ந்து ஃபேஸ்புக்கில் உரையாடும் forum ஒன்றில் பாண்டியன் கிராம வங்கியில் புதிதாக பணிக்கு சேர்ந்திருக்கும் Office Assistantகளுக்கு எதிராக இந்த நிர்வாகம் செய்திருக்கும் இரண்டு முக்கிய ஊழியர் விரோத நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து எழுதியிருந்தோம். அதற்கு அவர்கள் தங்கள் கருத்துக்களை வெளிப்படுத்தி இருக்கிறார்கள். அதனை இங்கு வெளியிடுகிறோம்.

In our Pandyan Grama Bank, during the recruitment process in 2013, management retained the original certificates of the candidates. We came to know this and registered our protest. Original certificates are one's own private property. Employer cannot possess it. it is against the fundamental right of a citizen. It is a crime and punishable before law.

In Pandyan Grama Bank, for the office Assistants recruited during June 2013, the starting basic pay is fixed as Rs.7200/-only, denying the two additional increments Rs.400 + Rs.400 ) for completing graduation. But for the Office Assistants recruited in the years 2008 and 2011, the starting basic pay is fixed as Rs.8,000/- allowing the additional two increments for graduation. What is the position in other Gramin Banks?

    இதுதான் இந்த ஊடகத்தின் வலிமை... இந்தப் பதவும் அது தேசமெங்கும் ஏற்படுத்தும் தாக்கமும் தான் நமது வெற்றி!!! எல்லைகளையும், வேற்றுமைகளையும் ஊடறுக்கும் சக்தி உழைக்கும் வர்க்கத்துக்கே உண்டு!!!!
