New Jewel Packet Register is against ethics and practice

நிர்வாகம் சமீபத்தில் ஒரு புதிய jewel packet registerஐ அறிமுகப்படுத்தி இருக்கிறது. அதில் no.of pieces in each jewel bag என்று ஒரு column இடைச்செருகலாய் நுழைக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது. கேஷியராகப் பணிபுரிகிற புரிகிற ஒருவர் அதனை எப்படி நிரப்ப முடியும் எனத் தெரியவில்லை. இது விதிகளுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, நடைமுறைக்கும் எதிரானது.

ஒரு கேஷியர் சாவி வைத்திருப்பதால், no.of jewel packetsக்கு வேண்டுமானால் பொறுப்பாகலாம். அதற்குள் என்னென்ன நகைகள் இருக்கின்றன, எந்தத் தரத்தில் இருக்கின்றன என்பதையெல்லாம் ஒரு கிளரிக்கல் பார்த்துக்கொண்டு இருக்கவும் முடியாது, பார்க்க வேண்டியத் தேவையுமில்லை.

எனவே, இந்த new jewel packet register மூலமாக சத்தமில்லாமல் கிளரிக்கல் தோழர்களையும் பொறுப்பாக்கும் சதித்திட்டம் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு இருப்பதாகவே நாம் சந்தேகிக்க வேண்டியிருக்கிறது. தெரியாமலோ, அல்லது ஆர்வத்தாலோ இதை நிரப்பும் கிளரிக்கல் தோழர்கள் நிர்வாகம் விரித்து வைத்திருக்கும் வலையில் வீழும் அபாயம் இதற்குள் இருக்கிறது.

இதுகுறித்து நிர்வாகத்திடம் நமது நிலையை உடனடியாக எடுத்துரைத்து விட்டோம். Clerical cadreக்கும், அந்த no.of pieces in each jewel bag என்னும் columnத்திற்கும் சம்பந்தமில்லை, நாங்கள் நிரப்ப மாட்டோம்’ என உறுதியாக தெரிவித்து விட்டோம். அதுகுறித்து நாம் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு கடிதமும் எழுதிவிட்டோம். அந்தக் கடிதத்தின் நகலை இங்கே இணைத்திருக்கிறோம்.

இதன் அடிப்படையில்-Clerical தோழர்கள் யாரும், new jewel packet registerல்,   no.of pieces in each jewel bag என்னும் columnத்தை யாரும் நிரப்ப வேண்டியதில்லை என தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

New Jewel loan Pocket Register – Reg

Recently our management has introduced a new jewel loan pocket register to be maintained in the branches. Actually, the purpose of the register is to record the transactions of the number of jewel pockets in a day and to arrive the balance of total number of jewel pockets in a branch.

But our management is now inserting a new column of ‘number of items’ in this jewel pocket register. This is against the ethics and practice. A workman cannot be assigned to look after and verify the number of items and the fineness of the contents in each and every jewel pocket. Moreover it is also impossible. A workman cannot be responsible for the contents of a jewel pocket.

Hence we request your good selves not to insist the office assistants to record the number of items of jewel pocket and kindly withdraw the column of number of items in the new jewel loan pocket register.
