"AIBOC have done little for RRBIANS"
This is the statement given by com. Balasubramanian, ex-president of Pandyan Grama Bank Officers' Association (PGBOA). He was the man, played the key role in bringing the PGBOA to the fold of AIBOC. Recently he has written a letter to us greeting D.K.Mukherjee and AIRRBEA for making parity of pension scheme true to all RRBEANs. Words come from his heart and so, the letter shines with truth!

Hats off to Dilip!
My gratitude beggars descriptions!! The whole of RRB Fraternity owes a lot to AIRRBEA. From the beginning AIRRBEA fought for RRBians but some competitors always ditched the efforts. Had we been united we would have achieved this demand much earlier. Mukherji used to say that I will not die without getting pension – benefit to RBBians. He realized the dream. The rival unions have yesterday (21.06.2012) flashed a message that AIRRBEA is communicating some nonsense, because they know they cannot achieve pension. AIBOC have done little for RRBIANS.
I am a person who started an association, nurtured it and took to AIBOC. I say with full strength AIBOC did little for RBBIANS. In fact they always put blockade in our path to progress.
I request/earnestly believe, atleast, now, all RRBIANS should rally behind AIRRBEA and get settle the remaining demands.
I am speechless/wordless to describe the achievement. March on Dilip with vigour, vitriliaty and enthusiasm to achieve more. Bless you to cross 100 years with good health.

what PGBOA ex president revealed is a true fact rrb's staff should not split themselves.Being a small organisation we dont need two or more unions.Staffs should rally behind one strong union so that we can reap the benefits easily.Preferably AIRRBEA
